so my sister got a speeding ticket on base. she can go to traffic school right?

if you have a human interaction with a cop, just tell him you go to school. it's worked twice for me so far. Once for running a stoplight in the middle of the night and once for running a stop sign as well. cheers!

I take it you mean a military base. I don't think so. All traffic citations handed out by a federal "employees" (to include border patrol agents) are settled in federal court.

for the record, i did not get a speeding ticket, i got one for expired license plates.

ps, i wrote an appeal to it, and it's in the process of going up the chain. i should know in about 5 months that they reduced the sentance from 6 months to 1 month.
