Double Standards??

What qualifies as a valid thread in Music Discussion when talking about a specific club or location?

I'm confused.

The Gatecrasher thread got moved, supposedly because the club is located in Sheffiend UK.

Well, OK. So why was this thread......

.... allowed to stay when clearly this is also a venue located in the UK?

I'm pretty sure there are more examples but I couldn't be bothered to search for more than 30 seconds.

I pose a valid question, the answer to which needs clarifying if there is not to be further confusion. The issue isn't Gatecrasher or Glastonbury, more what is and, arguably most importantly, is not appropriate in this forum.

That is ludicrous! Gatecrasher as a venue is as relevant to music history as any other. Ibiza threads for example don't get moved to the spanish forum.

Which is about drugs in ibiza. You might argue that drugs and music go hand in hand. But then so could you argue that Gatecrasher and music also do.
