anyone record Gatecrasher???

Hi all been lingering quietly for some time but now the time has come that i need your help!


I wasnt able to be at the NEC last nite but i did record it.... well most of it... i didnt manage to get PVD and i soooo NEEEEDD his set!!!

anyone that has recorded it in ANY form as long as its good quality i would be VERY GREATFUL if you could find a way of getting a copy to me so i can have the whole nite

Unfortuneatly british radio just dont understand the concept of broadcasting live sets and decided to keep switching from Dj to dj, and also putting adverts in the sets all the time, and they broadcasted Sanchez instead of SCott P or Bond, now that just says it all doesnt it!!!

What Idiots.

I personally think the experience arena should have been where the chemical one was, it was alot bigger and had a better stage and shit

well i got xpress2 and sanchez in full and i am cutting it up to remove the fools that they call DJs just leaving the pro's

would really love to have PVDs set as well it rocked!


when are the tickets available for next year?

I doubt anyone had any sucuess recording, just to sum up:

Stream was in 20kbp, barely listenable, no bass what so ever.

Talking over the music "AND WE'RE LIVE AT GATECRASHER WITY DJ X WHAT A NITE BLAH BLAH" every 10mins.

And total nec cut off for commercial adverts every 25mins, basically it was a total joke, but i found it funny laffing at the whole chatroom shouting! lol!

i took it off DAB quality is spot on here is a quick sample

i am taking the time to remove as much off the interuptions as poss

They only broadcast 45 mins of PVD's set


HOWEVER, we are doing an email campaign to get them to either play the 3 hours of make it available for download or something.

i am in the middle of editting what i have, as i cant really remember the start that much!! i will be mailing galaxy and speaking to Kareem personally, hopefully might be some help

Didn't think that much to it honestly, was fairly disappointed (double beating...playing tracks way too fast..played punk at +8 or some shit, it was so high pitched it was unbelieveable). Did play goldenscan - sunrise tho, so all was not lost

Oh yeah, rgarding recording. I fukked the setup of cool edit so it never recorded. Majorly pissed off about it, mind u they never broadcasted scot p so I am not really that bothered!

i have about 5 hours worth of it .. Tiesto.. sanchez.. express2, basically from about 12AM ish all the way thru... and when i finally finish there will be very little left of said irritating radio DJs

Please do not merge it all into 1 big 9 hours long file, because that would just be silly billy as Most of us are not interested in the doings of the Chemical Generation Arena.

When will the tiesto set be ready?

If its under 100 Meg then i have provide space.

i think that if you are wanting part of this recording then you would be better off ASKING me not telling me what to do.

I am making 1 file as that is how I want it and several people that have already asked for a copy want it.

If you would like a part of it it will involve me trying to find out where it starts and finishes... something that i doubt you know?.

i also dont have the bandwidth to host files of this size for dozens of people, however if a location can be provided for it..

It would seem that i am one of the few.. if not only people that succeded in recording it in the most part, and i am enjoying listening to it.

oh and i will see how my recording mans out first... it seems to be pretty good atm

oh and i DO have PVD after all ... thats what i get for cutting the announcements and putting it onto multiple files

any info where we can get the sets?

Well, if you transfer it al on 100 mbit or even 1 gbit connections you can imagine how fast I get it.
