How do you record streaming video??

Hey Everyone

I was wondering is anyone knew any free programs which can record streaming video.

I know with StreamRipper, you can record streaming audio, but I have no idea what to use to record streaming video. Any ideas??

If possible, if it can record RTSP (Real Time Transfer Protocol) that would be the best, as this is the format that it is streaming in.

i do not recommend installing this program because it is filled with spam and it takes over all the formats so you are forced to use their player, even after changing the settings..
