People NYC present - Chris Fortier Album Release Party @ Sullivan Room 7/14
After a long list of accomplishments that has seen Chris Fortier do nearly everything possible in dance music, he concurs the final personal goal of an artist album of his own material. ”As Long as the Moment Exists” explores underground sounds and electronic influences, with an experimental twist. At a glance the excursion starts with the ambient soundscapes before shifting to mid-tempo and quirky electronic cuts with searing minimalistic dips through dubby tech house and twisted melodic trips before winding things back with chilled out vibes, to round off an accomplished foray into electronica.
On Saturday July 14th People NYC will host the official New York City album release party w/ Chris Fortier, Sean Miller, Dj Berro & our very own Darren Michaels.

Fortier's new album is great as well. I have been rocking the shit out of "Fantastic Diversion" lately.
