Smile

Ministry of Sound is a money making machine. Ministry Of Sound is a record label, a london nightclub, a internet radio station and basically a well known name in dance music. All owned by the same ppl, started out as a club and it grew and then a record label formed and then the station came.

Ministry of sound-Used to be a club, now just a talking head for popular trends in dance music which trys to tell everyone what to listen to, what to wear, what clubs to go to, who the best DJs are etc.

Doesnt everyone mean Ministry of Sellout, the group FROMERLY known as Ministry of Sound?

Posted by flystyler on Apr-15-2002 10:43:

Yeah spin ministry has sold out big time, gone r the days of good albums from them, they now bring out garage albums, jungle, old skool, u name it they got it

Apparently the club aint that good anymore either, a real shame

Highlights of the Ministry of Sound:

1. Seeing Oakenfold play there once a few years ago. The venue is till lush, and the sound system is top notch, and worth a mint.

2. Some of there old albums are classics. The first annuals and early clubbers guides and trance nations are great for some old-school action. If your a Judge Jules fan, check out stuff like Clubbers guide to...Ibiza Summer 2000, or 2000. The second CDs are full on lush IMO. For example, 2000s' 2nd CD has tracks like Space Bros: Shine 2000, Ralph Fridge: Angel, PVD: Another Way, Clergy: Saints and Sinners, Picotto:: Iguana, Singles and Angles: Submerge, CRW: I feel love, Starparty: Im in Love... damn i forgot how good this CD was!

3. The Logo looks cool, if a bit over-expeosed
