Girls who wear Ho Clothes are much like clowns at the circus, who are putting on a nice show for an audience. They willingly degrade themselves for our pleasure, and that being, any request made by the Ho to treat her "as any other woman" is nullified.

People like that want attention. Even if they don't like the act, they like the the bizarre compliment it pays them. Over time, they like having the feeling that they're just so appealing that other people suddenly lose self-restraint. It's just another sign of insecurity.

The fallacy in your reasoning is that you believe she is doing it for everyone's pleasure. In fact, she is only doing it for the pleasure of people she is interested in, which does not include you for obvious reasons.

But it's a damn given that they will have an audience, so it's their choice to put on their Skanks In the Summer Season 5 show. If they don't want an audience, either get ugly (probably irreversible) or maybe get some regular clothes (that will serve the purpose of clothes, available for all seasons) that don't have the numbers "69" stamped on the ass.

it's their show, they can cancel it anytime.
