Probably not, Paul has cut his dj gigs in half and has now started working on film production. Guess he is feeling it's time to move on

film production?...hmm, interesting.
you have to admit, he pushed the boundaries for edm. I'm really curious what his plans are for film.

He's working on music for film production. He has been for a while. He is very selective about where he performs now, it has to be the right fit for him. He doesn't come solo anymore and leave the openers up to the promoter, he brings the entire Perfecto package with him.

I've always liked Oakenfold, his Transport CD is what made everything click for me. I also like the fact that he works Perfecto to brand a night and create a vibe with it, something that has long been forgotten. His last show here in Dallas only brought about 600 people, granted it was the day before Thanksgiving. I doubt he will be through Texas anytime soon. You never know though

The best time i can remember is when he played at the meridian and the best moment i have ever seen for oakenfold was when Armin walked up on stage mixed in his opening track then grabbed oakenfolds record and just threw it behind him; not hand it to him but yes through it. That made the night for me.

I heard his set at bar rio was ok, i have seen him 3 times and only hit the spot once for me. my .02

not really
no, I don't...at least not for the music. pushing the limits of how long you can ride on previous accomplishments, yes.
to make cheese soundtracks.

he had a ton of success in the beginning, and albeit cheesy as you claim. He opened a ton of doors for many producers to follow. edm wouldn't be where it is today without Oakie. I feel for the poor dude...he's now washed up...but deserves the credit.
