i d'l the astral projection set from the livesets section about 2 weeks ago and have been listening to it ever since. i've also d'l the oakie silver/gold goa mixes. so can anyone recommend any sets or artists to look for?

Oakie silver and gold mixes are a pale shadow of actual goa trance. Shameless plug: Check one of my mixes on djskywarp.com ... in particular some of the live sets, especially Live at Evar After.

THAT is proper goa. Not that oakenfold fluff

Also look for

Try getting Man With No Name's essential mix. I think it's about 3 years old or something.
