The song is trancy, it came out a few years ago.

It has a male voice talking, about you.
It starts off something along the lines of

'you meet a girl outside of somewhere'

'she is a call girl, but its not bad'

then she tells the guy the rates
One line I think I remember is

'50 for head, 100 for half and half'

Does anybody rememeber this track? It's in my head and I need to listen to it!.
