A teaspoon of dijon mustard in egg salad. Very spicy!
i've always done that. no joke.

dijon mustard no matter on what is the best

boil the eggs, half them.. scoop out the yolks and mix it with some mayonaise, mustard and chives. put it in a pipping bag and squeeze it back in the eggs. nice little threat.!

What about the potatoes? You take the skin off after cooking them and mix it in with the salad and then add small pieces of chopped celery. Mayonnaise too of course.

Egg salad still stinks like fart no matter if you put paprika, mustard, mayonnaise or whatever in it.

I always liked making my own dijonaise, cup of mayo, two teaspoons of dijion mustard and a small splash of vinegar. Mix it all up thoroughly in a bowl and slop it around on salad, eggs and white meats.

eggs generally =
cooked, like scrambled or in an omlette they're awesome, but hard boiled eggs just gross me out
not quite as much as mayonnaise though
which explains why i think deviled eggs are pretty much the most revolting idea in the world
ninja: however, if well prepared, deviled eggs look pretty fuckin snazzy
egg salad is so gross. UGH! i only like eggs scrambled and with some pepper on them. oh, and in french toast batter. but that's about it. yuck.
