Did Kofi Annan did a good job?

Now that Kofi Annan is no more the head of United Nations, looking back at his tenure, do you think he did his job well?

No, he just continued the UN status quo of indecisiveness, inaction, unbacked declarations and continued UN irrelevancy. On top of that he had a scandal involving himself and his son.
