The Term: I was drunk

It seems like saying "I was drunk" is now and has always been a universal excuse for the temporary lack of judgement while intoxicated. Muahaha. I fucking clap. Good one.

Using the term "i was drunk" a long side with "I dont reamber" is even better. Ha.

No need to explain what alcohol can and will make you do. I say its all bullshit, letz start accepting responsibility for ones actions.

People are always just looking for excuses to let their id come exposed, it doesn't matter if it's with drugs or with alcohol or when sober. Everyone has deep down some shadow behaviour that needs to come out to preserve sanity, but a lot of people struggle with their conflicting feelings and thus have to blame something else.

Alcohol is just really convenient most of the time.

That was quite profound! (At least for the COR)

I agree. No matter how "normal" and at ease with yourself a person is, there are always weird quirks and dark sides to their personality that are kept in check when sober.

No doubt people do stupid things when they are drunk because drinking does lower inhibitions and whatnot but I'm a believer in that a drunk person says what a sober person wants to say but won't. I do stupid shit all the time drunk BUT I always apologize later and take responsibility for my actions no matter how ridiculous...

it's all a matter of being able to recognize situations before they occurr. like, "Hmmmm, should i go out and have drinks w/ that hot office chick and some people after work even though i have a girlfriend?"

if you find yourself picturing the hot office chick naked at least once a day, then you probably shouldn't go out drinking with her, no matter how innocent it seems at first. once alcohol and/or drugs enter the picture, things change. just avoid the possibilty of a situation all together.

that's what i do.
