Clovis already is old enough, i think. I think Gehz was jokingly implying that Clovis is not mentally old enough to drive and it still a child.

I'm not sure what the age restrictions are though in the US.

heh he was talking about it but i just saw in the west coast (one of the rare times i go in there anymore) that hes got an appointment tomorrow morning at 730am.

no we all tease clovis cause he is younger than most of us that have been partying here in LA for a while. he turned 21 quite recently (march i believe?) and is now legal to drink but doesnt have a drivers license.
