FUCKING SLAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mannnnnnnn, what a killlllller set. Bunches of fresh, new tracks...Had an awesome time...Best Pik Nik of the season by farrrrrrr, the music just blew me away. I've seen Des 3x now, each time I'm more and more impressed....Damn he's just amazing...mixing was soooooooooo tight, next to flawless. Dude I feel so damn sorry for anyone who wasn't there to witness that musical bliss. From his melodic prog to his glitchier, techier side, track after track, I was floored. He totally adapted his style to the venue and crowd...Just an amazing day.

Nice seeing some folks out ...The debauchery continued at Opera, then Stereo for me...What a night.

DESYN YOU FREAKING ROCK MATE!!!!!!!!!!!! GET UR ASS BACK TO MTL ASAP....

...for a minimum 6 hour Stereo set

Got there early and pretty much relaxed for the earlier part of the event.First Dj played straight out commercial stuff. 2nd one (sorry if i don't know your names guys, but i dont know your names) was a little bit of the techier side, played some stuff like Pier Bucci-Hey Consuelo(Sammin remix) and had me dancing for a bit. Now I know I said Eddie Jasmin is the worst DJ in Montreal, and that is mean and probably not true...but dude if you read this fuck off a bit with the epic fucking build up shit every track. The people were going crazy because it was raining and they wanted to party...not because of the buildups.I want to dance and you are the first DJ to make house feel like trance. Make a build up special, because if you do it too much people will start looking at you like the kid who masturbates too much. Desyn started off in a way that made me think it was gonna be a cheese fest (as he is guilty of serving on occasion)...and i was going "Oh oh, imma have to throw my shoe at a nigga"....then something miraculous happened. Dennis Ferrer-Son Of Raw (Loco's Brooklyn Bounce mix)...after that i don't remember shit. All I know is that the people ate it up and it was a clusterfuckmable journey starring stuff that made my legs bend ways they shouldn't. Great day,perfect weather (the bit of rain was great to me...it made the day better even)and i'm old and can't feel my legs.
<3 piknic. Seriously this is the best event to go to in Montreal by far. Point a la fucking line. Oh yeah Philip Bader-Perry Rhodan...track of the fucking century...omyfuckingodhotefireeeeeeeeeee

edit:someone correct me if i'm wrong but did i hear benno blome & baby ford- smoke machine (bruno pronsato remix)? Because man i didn't think he played that hot shit like that hahaha!awesome.

Good to hear Desyn's set kicked ass. Apparently, Piknic moved his slot for a later time and this fucken resulted in Desyn cancelling his gig in Toronto last night at the GUV.

We were crossing our fingers for a Desyn vs. Lawler back2back sunrise set at our Skybar.

He cancels in Toronto and has also missed gigs in Montreal in the recent past. Although I like him...I am not impressed with him. I Won't go out and by an advance ticket to hear him ever again.

maher i was 5 fucking feet away and as an ex coke head...you shouldn't fib for him. The man is purely unprofessional and doesn't deserve to do what he loves for a living.

Maher is gonna be hella pissed that i say this, but maybe he should resolve the personal problems and take time off. I talk music with many people on a frequent basis, and with all the gigs he tanks he is losing more fans then making them. He has all the tools to be great, but if he doesn't fix shit its washed up dj with no following pretty damn quick. I'll go see him if he is booked for sure, but like someone else said, you are dreaming if i will ever buy an advance ticket.
