Workout music!

Ok, I'm sure this isn't the first time a thread like this has been created, but I'm desperate for new gym songs!! I get so bored so quickly!

Anyone got recommendations? Could be any genre, as long as it's good and keeps you pumped!

Some shit I already have is ...

AVB - Rush Hour
Entwine - Nothing's Forever
Tiesto - Traffic
Chevelle - Send The Pain Below

So, gym freaks, list away! (I'll REALLY REALLY appreciate it!)

not really any particular song, but longer sets. i mean, you're going to be working out for more than 20-30 minutes, so why pick just a few tracks? go for a liveset, CD compilation, or your own personal mix.

its been awhile since i've listened to any music while working out on my own headphones, but last time i did, i would pop in Tiesto's "Parade of Athletes".

Some pumping sets would be wicked if you were doing cardio work. Stuff like PVD @ Trance Energy 2003.

Going away from EDM, i always find the Rocky soundtracks a motivational tool for gyming it up.

Cheese wins for workout music. I suggest anything by Darude or Sash. Must be 135 bpm or higher.

Haha, I agree. Whenever I'm at the gym, I listen to pretty much 100% epic/uplifting trance lol

* Dr. Dre - Keep Their Heads Ringin'
* Crystal Method - Busy Child
* Lolo - Why?
* Smashing Pumpkins - 1979

Nine Inch Nails - The Mark Has Been Made (Link)

Posted by Domesticated on Jul-04-2007 05:24:

EDM:

Infected Mushroom - Bombat
Domestic - Non-Human
Luke Walker - Alias
Thomas Schumacher - Ficken
Pascal F.E.O.S - I Can Feel That (Thomas Schumacher Remix)
Andy Slate - Pleasure On Me
Chris Liebing - The Real Schranz (there's like 10 songs off these releases, all called "untitled".)

Rock:

Rammstein - Du Hast
Rammstein - Asche zu Asche
Rammstein - Sehnsucht
Rammstein - Engel
Rammstein - Firefly (can't remember the German spelling)
System Of A Down - Sugar
System Of A Down - X
System Of A Down - Shimmy
Papa Roach - Infest
Papa Roach - Broken Home
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Mudvayne - The End Of All Things To Come
Mudvayne - Trapped In A Falling Dream

I can't listen to any music when I'm exercising. I find I get into the music too much and get distracted from whatever I'm supposed to be doing.
