VOTAÇÃO de moderador desta secção do forum

No seguintemento da thread anterior, apresento a "lista unica", aparentemente consensual, para ser mod desta secção do forum. No entanto a pool está aberta à opção "nenhum".

O objectivo urgente é mudar as thread sticky (que apararecem sempre no topo), e limpar algum spam que ja apareceu.

__Notem que preciso de 20 votos para ir ter com o admin!__

Aqui vão algumas dicas: O problema com moderadores, hoje em dia, é só que o Swamper tem estado um pouco relutante em adicionar moderadores que ele não conhece, além de ele preferir pessoas que contribuem em outras áreas do site. Eu, pessoalmente, não passei mais por aqui depois que eu renunciei ao cargo de moderador, e ia ser difícil pra mim passar muito tempo moderando (aceitei moderar o PDD, por exemplo, porque lá eles me mandam pm quando tem alguma coisa errada). Posso ajudar dessa maneira, se precisar.

Mas, se vocês preferirem um moderador mais ativo (o que faz mais sentido, de fato), vocês precisam se aventurar um pouco mais fora daqui. O/A DJ_Estrela, por exemplo, fala inglês?

sim lira, claro que o dj estrela fala ingles LOL, e pelo que sei, ele tem uma relacao boa com os espanhois deste forum/outros/etc, já foi a festas com eles, foi convidado para passar musica numa delas etc, portanto n tou a ver qual o problema...
e axo k se pode nomear um mod so para a seccao Portuguesa, n precisa de ser a seccao da iberia, contudo, n tenho a certeza!

O Swamper já está relutante em adicionar um moderador novo, eu acho que adicionar dois (um pra seção em português, e outro pra seção em espanhol) seria um pouco mais difícil.

Alguém já perguntou se os espanhóis/hispano-americanos se importariam do DJ Estrela ser moderador de lá também? Isso ia ajudar, e muito, a causa de vocês.

First of all apologises for not speaking/writing portuguese although I can understand almost all.

Well, I think it's time to post my opinion here since I'm a very active user of the spanish forum and Lira has just written what's going on with the spanish speaking people there..

I don't pretend (Lira) to have anymore political debate with you like old times but I must say the portuguese and the spanish forums are absolutely two different issues. This means, if it's possible, they should have two different mods.

As I said, both forums don't have any connection. I mean there is any user posting on both sides, isn't it? The only thing both forums have in common is that they are included under the same whole region (Ibero-America). I agree with this categorization since both forums don't have enough members to split a sub-region from the whole region and make an own forum (i.e. Portugal, Spain and the rest of the Ibero-American* countries must remain in the Ibero-America section and not in the European or Central/South American).

*(concept that most latinamerican people "dislike" because it's a new term born in the recent summits with the european imperialists countries, Spain and Portugal, and their ex-american colonies).

however this is a topic for another day and the fact is that there is any other better term referring to this group of countries.

A part of that, in the spanish forum we made a poll a while ago to vote a mod. Results are there but we are still having no mod. I don't know what were the admin reasons for not nominating a mod there and I'm still waiting an answer by him. Mods like Coup, Wicked Neo... participated in that discussion and they agreed in nominating a new mod.

Hopefully now we agree all of us in that we need and want mods.

Well, then all you guys can do is wait for Swamper to solve this issue (and whether there is an issue to be solved ). As I previously said, he's really reluctant to add more mods (let alone two different mods), so I don't know whether this is going anywhere.

I really think you guys should try to join forces and elect one mod. There are, after all, other unmodded forums such as the Polish forum ( and I guess Australia held the record of being the greatest unmodded forum we've ever had up until 2004/2005), and choosing mods unwisely has led to several problems in the past.

This section wouldn't have been created had the Portuguese and Spanish speaking TAs not teamed up, and I don't think the current situation is any different.

I agree 100% with UnBracKo's views, especially:

As such, I've only followed the the rules described here, and I presumed that I was candidating to be mod of this section of the forum only.

EDIT: in fact, that's exactly the title of this thread: "moderador desta secção do forum "

If that isn't the case then I'm not interested, because the two forums are in fact completely separate. I already tried to contact Coup regarding this matter, but it's mailbox is full.

Lira has touched a good point; after we know the answer from Coup to the above question, if the single mod requirement continues maybe we can find a concensual solution.
