I've been having a very strong craving for pizza lately, specially margherita... Yummy!

So, what's your favourite topping? Will I eat pizza tonight? Who the hell orders pizza without cheese? hmm....

I usually go with salami, bacon, mushrooms, and garlic. With a blush sauce if available.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Hazard is not found of the pizza... so I don't get it very much.

It was in canada of course, so it might have been poorly prepared. I dunno what new york american pizza is supposed to be.

But it was big fat greasy and gross...seemed pretty authentic.

there's a lot of places that claim to have "NY style" pizza, yet they fail miserably at it. there's a few places in Wisconsin that have it, but only one of them does it right.

the biggest thing is the crust. it's thin and crispy and the pizza is cut into slices that are huge triangles... yet you should be able to hold it with one hand without having the crust sagging down. lots of people fold it in half, but that doesnt mean that the crust needs to be soggy or soft.

wtf Domino's claimed to have "NY style pizza" or Brooklyn style w/e and that shit was gross!!! Prob the worst pizza I've ever had.

yeah, i think NY style pizza was kind of "invented" by all the Italians that settled in NY.

the pizza i had at the airport in Milan was almost identical to the pizza served at my favorite NY pizza place (Napoli's in Shrub Oak, NY) which is run/owned by 2 old Italian guys.
