What bank should I go with?

I need to open up a new checking account. I just cancelled my Wells Fargo account, they were really bad. I was thinking Citibank, US Bank or Bank of America? What do you guys really like?

Free checking, online banking, savings etc.

Plus, with their new program, they can send updates to your phone if you go below a certain balance (determined by you) so you won't go negative, as well as notify you when direct deposit goes in.

Did I mention they're all over the US so you don't have to worry whether when traveling to a certain state if they have your bank? (i.e. SunTrust is only in the South East corner of the US)
