I need a job... come on, world... give me a break

Applied at Staples, Duane Reade, Home Depot, Dunkin Donuts, Loews Theatre(?), Best Buy, and some no-name store. The only job I ever had sucked SO FUCKING MUCH and I couldn't work on school days...so I had to leave.

They all make you go online and do that STUPID FUCKING PERSONALITY TEST. COME ON! WTF?! It's a SHITTY retail job and NOBODY cares. Why do they make you jump through so much hoops? Those tests ask such STUPID QUESTIONS! "Have you ever lied before?" WHAT THE FUCK!??! I hate everyone! Especially the managers who lied to me about having a good shot at getting employed. Well why am I not getting a weekly check, you fucking liar!?

The temp agencies also screwed me over. ("Please Fax in your resume. We won't even talk to you without a faxed-in resume" *faxes in resume* *NEVER GETS CONTACTED AGAIN*)

Arrgh!

Also, I fucking suck at driving so far... Why doesn't the steering wheel snap back to the center when you make those hard U-turns? And reverse is so confusing. I'll never get it right.

At least it looks like there's a girl around my age who likes me. College, heh. Woot.

I swear, I'm like a 19-year-old 11-year old sometimes.

Retail blows, unless you have the ambition to work in head office or as a merchandiser or some shit. It doesn't pay enough for what they expect of you. Plus, there's always backstabbing and bullshit. I'll never work retail again!!

Honestly though, folks, I just want a part - time job for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 8 Hour shift. Is that so hard to come by?

+1 finished up my masters last month and it's damn frustrating to not get jobs that you are more than qualified for and dealing with stupid people's bull shit...

Yeah man I've been looking for a part time job as well since I'll be going back to school in sept. I keep failing the personality tests as well. Fuck I just can't seem to get by those things. I was guarenteed at least one job but when I called the manager she told me that she couldn't hire me cause I got a discontinue. She was pretty hot too...fuck.

i feel like smashing my head into a wall every day i have to deal with idiot customers. i should start writing down the shit people ask me and make a book.

If you keep failing those personality tests just ask someone else to answer for you.
