Song From Around 2000

Very sexy female vocal who says throughout the song "If you wanna smoke something, smoke this. You will never know what a feeling, what it feels to me". There's a guy that sporadically also says "If you wanna smoke something, smoke this one!" The background music sounds like a piano chord very similar to the eerie Michael Meyers song from Halloween with a breakbeat.
