another tiesto rumor thread

So...voodoo...from voodoo & serano was in dallas and he claimed to me that there are people that make tiesto's music and that he is just the face.

anybody else ever heard this?

i dont think there is any fact behind it...but...lol just asking.

it's true in many instances. Many of 'his' better works were made by guys like Geert Huinink.

well he just did a track on tiesto's new elements of life cd so i guess that qualifies him as "still" producing... last i read (and this was over a year ago) he was more into classical stuff...

geert f'ing rocks! every sick ass intro tune on a tiesto and/or isos cd has been from geert....

Dude,what made tiesto was his magik live series and in search of sunrise cd's. Gouyella with ferry corsten blow both of those djs up. Doubt voodoo & serano was involve with any of those projects.

Not entirely true, but Tiesto makes extensive use of co-producers who do much of the work for him. A lot the big name DJs have production partners who help them make the records they have in their head. Sasha, Sven Vath, John Digweed and Paul Oakenfold are a few notable examples.
