cd mixers?
hey guys, Im planning to get two cd mixers... what're some of the models u think I should check out?
cd decks
depending on your budget i would recommend the pioneer CDJ-1000 (which actually allows you to scratch and spin the cd like a vinyl), which costs 795 each (a little pricy)
short of that id go for the CDJ-500, the next best thing which comes at 445 each
id love a pair of CDJ-1000s myself but i dont have the cash atm
wow, i was looking on the website and pioneer are bringing out a mp3 cd deck in the next couple of months
they will be 745 each
pioneer are the best, if you dont have the money take a look at gemini or something.
what would you guys prefer, normal cd decks (CDJ-1000) or mp3 cd decks?
nice.. thanks buddy
so what's the best mixer to suit with Pioneer CDJ-1000?
speaking of this... do you guys know some good cd mixer which costs less than 400$? The best would be like denon - all in one
I have the pioneer rmx-9 mixing system, its good
pioneer has the best cd players
denon is good too
i have two of the pioneer CDJ 700's and a pioneer DJM 500 which i will personally recommend. they are my very first and propably wont be my last. but they are very easy to learn on (for beginners), and also user friendly. ive never actually tried anything else yet so i cant make any comparisons...
but those pioneer CDJ 1000's look sweet, i think ill move onto turntables before i have the funds for that though.
here take a looks at what i got for $1,000.00 ---->

| Originally posted by justin yeah, well actually it was $1,070.00 and no they werent brand new but theyre in great condition. i couldnt believe it when i was reading the for sale section in the News Paper and there was an advertisement for everything (DJM500, and 2 CDJ 700's), so i called ASAP. he said he was selling it because he was moving on to generating music with his computer. I had the money saved up and i was just waiting for something like this to come along for a long time. like i said its my very first set up too, so i guess i just got lucky. patience is a virtue. dont go spending all your money on the first mixer you see is my advice. |
