DJ TIESTO will be performing at this boramusic.com and Room 960 event on September 9th, 2007 Sunday in Hartford, CT for the first time in Connecticut history.
This will be an outdoors event at Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford.
First 500 tickets will be $40 and the price will gradually increase thereafter.
Doors open at 4:30pm and Tiesto will have an early start. Buy your tickets early! Don't get shut out of this limited capacity event.
21 Years and Over Only.

He will have openers (and potentially closers). Local CT DJs Kered & Kiraly and Randy Boyer. Exact set times have not been decided yet.
I'm not much of a Tiesto fan, but this should be a hell of a party! Not often that Hartford get a DJ that big.
Hey just have a couple questions as am planning going to this: On this link http://boramusic.com/tiesto_tickets.htm it says "Dress to Impress, right to refuse admis." or w/e, is there seriously a dresscode for this outside event? lol? I reallllllllly hope not heh - Also as said not sure of settimes yet and still not sure if Tiesto is closing the event (I know he's not opening), but can you please post them here Bora when you find out - Thanks in advance.

Don't stress over the dress code. You will be fine. That statement about the dress code on the tickets page was a copy paste from other events at Room 960. However keep in mind it is a 21 and over party and most people will dress up to come out as they do for all boramusic.com events. Think Sky Bar (Shore Club) Miami and Pure Vegas terrace. Those are dressy outdoor spaces as well.
Constitution Plaza is not a street venue for block parties or a dirt surface space either. It is a semi-rooftop space with incredible architecture and views. Here are some pictures below.

About the set times: As it stands right now, we don't know how long Tiesto will play so depending on his set length we will define the set times. The order will be Randy Boyer (EnMass) starting things at 5pm, Kered & Kiraly, then Tiesto. Please check out beatport.com and do searches for Enmass and Kered to hear their music. They are Connecticut DJ/producers we want you to hear. Randy is signed on Armin van Buuren's ASOT label, and Kered and Kiraly put out records from Azuli, Definitive working with John Acquaviva, Sultan etc.
The event will end around 1am or so.

And those pictures look pretty sick heh, can't really picture how the event will be setup from looking at those, but def looks like something a little different and looks like a fun/cool spot to throw this event. Only time will tell 
Today is the last day for $45 tickets. It's going up to $50.

i saw him at avalon last year which was an amazing show. then i saw him at wmc this year and it was such an amature ordeal.
but this show was definitely well done and he played as if he is #1 again.
and yes i heard pvd this year and pvd wasnt as good
boramusic ran a top-notch event from top to bottom and the choice of venue worked out nicely. openers were solid, though k&k really dropped the bpms during their last half hour [their final tune was dope].
crowd was good though sparser (and older) than i expected. there were tons of good looking women too; had no idea ct. rolled like that (i now know why tiesto14 doesn't come down to nyc anymore )
tiesto's set sadly had me snoozing - 90% soporific armada/anjuna-style trancers. armin fans would've enjoyed it.

^agree, set had its ups and downs, great place and atmosphere though, def. enjoyed the party ..vids soon to come.
