That was the most horrible display of EDM that I have seen in my life. I hope anyone who appreciates music does not think otherwise. If you do, just remove yourself from these forums.
We ended up checking it out after partying at Muzik with some friend and it was a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad choice. I wanted to throw someting at that dented Luigi face of his and humiliate him. Wait, I guess he humiliated himself enough with that atrocious mixing and track selection. Plus, was it just me or was he high as a fucking kite,
Fuck him. I hope he goes to hell.
Let the craziness begin.

I dont know what you guys think but Benny B just didnt do it for me. Now im not a huge lover of house, but i went to "dirty" in the gallery i had a great time, thank god that our local house djs know what they are doing. As for Benny, i just wasnt feeling it, at all. maybe he wasnt reading the crowd well, maybe he just sucks live. as soon as i heard him starting to play some of his hits which i like such as satisfaction and i love my sex, he managed to ruin them for me by not actually playing the songs. I personally was dissapointed by tonight's performance, and after hearing Menno the week before Benny just couldnt stand true to his name, and as much as i hate to say this when it came down to Benny tonight i saw that fame is not everything.
Ok, well I realy hated Bennasi from the time that i saw him 2 years ago, but this time the set was decent. It wasnt great but it was ok. I only got to hear an hour or so and it was alright. Highlight of the night for me was Dekoze in the Gallery... WOW.. he blew my mind.

Over all I had a great night out... cuban rum and redbull is a great way to party.
i didn't even catch benny b...except for the first few mins when he opened...lol. i ended up in gallery for most of the night. SO WORTH IT!!
Benny Benassi the worst ever!!!!! thank god for the gallery...hot as hell...but it's the price you pay for tunage..LOL LOVE OUR LOCALS!!!!!
i was hidding up in skybar somewhere stealing peoples drinks for a good while there.. then went down to see benny... well, it wasnt really "the most god awful thing ive ever seen / bad mixes and all around dull tracks..." ... in fact, i didnt seem to think there was really anything wrong with it, and i quite enjoyed a handful of the slammers he dropped... he got people movin.. lotsa people showing their love, etc etc... so i would concur that he's done what he's set out to do, which is never a bad thing.
a successful night for ben, i'd say, and moreso worth it for his fans.
but for me... it was back up to the skybar to just kinda wrap my head around the fresh air whilst still trying to recover from that crazy WEMF madness on friday night

Wow what a night seeing Benny Benassi and Mark Oliver. Both tore up the decks and it was rammed from wall to wall with partiers. I spent a lot of time at Skybar and Gallery, so I missed much of Benny's set I managed to video him, though, at the part where he was pumping out some good shit. I met a lot of new people and videoed an hours worth of Guv fun. I'll work on it over the next few days to put it up on the site.
Anyway got to go to bed, so I leave you with Armin Van Burren from 10am on for the rest of the day on my radio station (even though it's not really radio).
BTW hi Chinamon... good to see you again! Last time I saw you was when Mimi was sitting on the Skybar stage a few weeks back.

Aside from what everyone else said about how bad he played and stuff...i thought it was actually pretty good.....but that was hands down the most rudest crowd ive ever experienced at guv....one example for instance...i was standing outside in the patio...talking abot mark knights remix of get dumb when it was playing....and some guy smaller then my outta the blue told me to shut the fuck up about it....so i took it upon myself to get in his face and see wtf his problem was...but after that he tried to at really confused somehow, and kinda apologized in some weird way....and in the club holy fuck...whata mess...i must have seen 3 bloody people get tossed outside, and i cant count how many girl i seen get knocked down...and when people were trying to get through the crowd...thy fuckin knock shoulders so hard, for reason unknown....maybe cuz their tough ginos or something, but thats really bullshit....and it did seem to me the benny was fuckin reaallly high, dont hold me to my word, because i dont really know him personally, or he's just naturally like that, but fuck....anyways joel nice to meet you, fuck i forgot to even say my real name lol (Derek)...and jay i want one of those M&S hats!!!!

i havent see the main room that rammed since LoL....all the water i drank, poured out thru my head(sweating).....
there were nuff ppl getting tossed out which was good cause it made more space....
but think god for Skybar i cooled off nice up there ....seen alot of old friends everywhere i went......

darouge i missed u ther buddy....this one guy tried to get in my face too all i said was wat the fuck and he backed off quick times....
we also booked out an suv limo which was the greatest idea of all FACKING TYME.....no sketchy driving home for me.....

the Party 10/10 - main room was packed deal with it or change rooms

Got to the main room just after benny came on and stayed there for pretty much the whole set. Yes it was a pretty diverse mix, yes there were some mistakes here and there...but behind the dj booth everyone was going crazy and the floor was jumping. Couple of good tracks got everyone moving. Overall a great night!
