"Please read" sux IMO. Some "please reads" are very big threads, imagine a beginner who came here on forums, see some "please read" and think 'oh, I must read it or else I probably won't be able to post'. Sick! "Sticky thread" was a bit better, but my proposal is

When i was new here i new straight away what STICKY THREAD meant, not sure i would about PLEASE READ.
