Web design - again...

I really need a cool graphics design for my website. Maybe Flash, maybe not, depending on what the experts would be willing to do. Any Photoshop/Flash specialists?

I've posted here before but without any results...

In a nutshell, here's what I need: some cool DJ/club graphics layout, stylish and professional, and I can give you the text to display.

Examples:

http://www.woed.de/ <- colorful but nice
http://techno4ever.net/ <- not as colorful, but ok
http://www.russki-razmer.spb.ru/ <- in Russian, but you can see the idea - they creatively used a micro-chip to reflect Techno music
http://dj-gollum.de/ <- it's very colorful and techno-ish..

All of these sites deal with Trance/Club music, I just need something similar that will really make a statement. Flash preferred (nothing complicated, maybe just a sparkling banner). Any ideas?
