DJ set on Internet Radio/Frisky Radio

How do you get a gig on frisky radio or one of the other internet radio sites? There's never any contact information on those sites. I've been DJ'ing for a while and I know I'm at least up to par with anybody on there and I've got a broad range of material I play in terms of genre and time period. Basically I think I could do a good show on one of those sites. Frisky has a myspace page but I'm reluctant to hit them with an unsolicited email. I've been on one show before but they folded. So what's the deal?
