Coming out for Love Fest - Suggestions for a place to stay?

Hey guys - I'll be coming out to play the weekend of the Love Fest next month and we're hoping to make it to the Love Lee party on Friday night, but in order to do that we'll need to snag a hotel room for Saturday Morning refreshing prior to the festival itself.

Long story short, I'm looking for a solid place that will be easy enough to get to and from the event, is relatively nice, and won't cost an immense amount of money.

Any help is appreciated -
