Devices like these have been 'invented' many times over in the last century. Some of the best ones are tampon-like insertions. One has a hypodermic needle which would inject the rapist's penis with a tranquilizing drug. One was literally a cheese-grating type surface so that when the man inserted his penis, it would be shredded (YIKES)... One was just a tube with a knife in the middle. Nice.

Anyhow, they've never caught on because, it's pretty damn impracticle.

Yup...that device would produce pain, and pain produces anger, and rapists usually have "Tools", such as a knife. Where do you think he's going to stick that knife after that anti-rape device was used on him?

i think he would collapse in pain first.
