I was reading somewhere that the movie studio (I believe Paramount) wouldn't even acknowledge that it was their movie, let alone that a movie was even in creation.

It was only until the trailer from the transformer movie came out and someone put the trailer on Youtube that Paramount (I think) forced Youtube to dispose of the video for copyright infrigements.

Pretty crazy!

That rumour is from people thinking in the trailer that they person says "It's a lion!" but in reality he actually said "It's alive".

its not cthulhu, the publisher who owns the rights 2 that character never signed away movie rights 2 any studios.

Sounds like he made it really insane. But i was hoping they would use this really secretive marketing scheme right till it comes out. I was sold on the first trailer and I think there are millions like me.
