Pryda008 Madderferrys / Iron Man

Out now and available for digital download @ Beatport.com

Was available on vinyl as of 7-23-07, but beatport finaly put the tracks up today.

Not Prydz best work, but I definately like these 2 tracks.

Sorry if there's already a thread, I did a search but didn't find it.

I agree with Bas. Ironman has some real potential, although Madderferrys hasn't caught my attention nearly as much.

Same thing happened with Pryda007 release for me, RYMD for me was a massive track whereas Armed left me quite uninterested, yet RYMD didn't get nearly as much attention from that release.

I predict the same will happen with this release as it seems quite a few people have been a buzz about Madderferrys, whereas I haven't heard any real talk about Ironman.

Just my 2 cents...

I really like the noises in Iron Man a lot - but I really don't like that it's nearly 11 minutes long.

It'd actually probably be pretty easy to make an edit - but I think it'd probably be better for me to just find something to either mash or layer over it rather than just cut it up for the sake of length.

I'm only a big fan of Iron Man because Sasha & Digweed played it on NYE and Digweed was messing with the track extending the breakdown for what seemed like hours People were going nuts and Bobby (UWM) looked over at me and said, "What the fuck is this?!" me "I don't know!!! omg omgggg but it HAS to be something from Prydz...it HAS to be"

People went absolutely bonkers when the kick dropped back in. I swear Digweed let that build for about 3 minutes. I remember Sasha looking over at him during the build with a smile like "wtf are you doing mate?!?!"

yeah, what is the story behind that track? what is it a bootleg of? because it's pretty spectacular.

Of this release, I really enjoy Madderferrys but its so damn big and epic.

'Madderferrys' is my favourite out of these two, the samples don't really do the track justice though I agree, there's a pretty cool vid on youtube somewhere of Paolo Mojo playing it, sounds much better in that clip

As far as this release goes... I hate Ironman simply because the bass is out of key with the rest of the song. If that could be fixed then it would be fire.

Madderferrys is a beautiful track, just never really goes anywhere to me.
