[DOWNLOAD] A Touch of Brilliance (progressve house mix with a touch of minimal)

well apparently i got inspired again.....so i mixed up a new progressive house mix [with a small touch of minimal]....its called "a touch of brilliance" because i believe there are some really brilliant tracks in here. also imo this is probably the best mix i've made this summer.

....and of course here is the tracklist
1.lindstrom-i feel space (m.a.n.d.y. remix)
2.solomun-jungle river cruise (original mix)
3.gunne-please check the signal cable (agent's interpretation)
4.christian smith and john selway-transit time (original mix)
5.martin eyerer and anthony colin-manifestation
6.julian jewell-air conditionne (umek remix)
7.spieltape-anwire
8.ernesto-diapson
9.ernesto-surgeon star
10.16 bit lolitas-anonymous but hypnotic
11.remo-mizar (audiofly mix)
12.booka shade-darko (le grand noir mix)
13.wiliams-the shivering (pitch and hold in camera mix)
14.pitch and hold-maillot jaune
15.gregor tresher-a thousand nights
16.umek ft andja-carbon occasions (extended mix)
17.umek-the ricochet effect (original mix)

heheh darker and darker you say? the first half is dark as fuck, especially tracks 7, 8 and 9.....sickest darkest minimal floor pounders i've come across so far.

Sick mix, enjoyed the ending the most...I have to have at least SOME treble

yeah the last 2 tracks are definitely some nice stuff from umek, filled with energy and emotion and leaves you with a nice feeling inside at the end of the set

glad you liked it. was it dark enough for you? darker next time?

To tell you the truth, I don't like most minimal hehe

Spin what comes from within

yeah a full on minimal set would get boring fast. but its nice to drop some once in awhile. especially if its dark and dirty minimal

Manifestation, Transit Time...nice.

Not feeling the title, though. Something is either brilliant or it's not, imo. Besides, a truly brilliant person doesn't have the audacity to actually call his work brilliant.

i supposes simply "a touch of brilliance" could've worked just as well. but "a little touch of brilliance" makes it sound more modest
in any case the title refers to the tracks in the mix, not necessarily the mix itself. and sometimes coming up with a title can take more than the time it takes to make the mix
