Many thanks! I've got that track months ago and I had it ready for my radioshow but finally I didn't play it (maybe I forgot it).

4 Strings MySpace user account told me exactly that it's a new talent and he does not want to give out his name yet as the production is unreleased (maybe it's not the real artist).

Talking about MySpace, it's called Source Of Calm at Airforce & Samuelzone ones.
