Graveyard Shift

who else is working hard tonite ?

i just finished work :P

i will be im sure of it
nightshift is the suck and mine literally is the graveyard shift

Long night ahead of me.

Last night I worked 6pm to 6am. Didn't get to sit down for more than 20 minutes. My feet still hurt.

In a way I miss those days.

Sometimes I used to do 10am-5pm at job 1, 6pm-2am at job 2 and do that two or three nights in a row.

Was hard, but at least you're earning your bread.

shit yeah. The working part sucks, but it feels so rewarding when you're done. I went home at 7am, alone on the train in the opposite direction from everybody else, ate two giant cinnamon buns that normally would've been nothing but mediocre, but after 12 hours of working and not eating they were the best thing in the world.

Nah, the best bit is being all self-righteous about it, like when your friends complain that they can't go out because they're tired.

We have a bunch of summer festivals here in the middle of the city, a bunch of them being organised by the same group of people. I worked for them as a security guard. Finished yesterday... now I gotta find something else. :/

Gonna be working from 11pm to 7am today (well, tomorrow technically).

I love graveyard shifts, if I had the choice it'd be the only shift I would do.
