Cocoon Ibiza Summer Mix

After a wobbly start, Cocoon's 'Freakshow' summer residency in Ibiza is in full swing with DJs such as Villalobos, Luciano, Hawtin and of course Sven V�th slated for the rest of the season at Amnesia. For those who can't make it Ibiza this year, or those wanting to take the party home with them, Cocoon has issued a 2CD compilation which promises to catch the Amnesia spirit on silver disc.

Disc One is mixed by Berghain resident and DJ veteran Andre Galluzzi, while Romanian protege Raresh mixes Disc Two. A DJ since just 2003, Raresh's talent has impressed Cocoon boss Sven Vath so much he has signed him to his booking agency. Raresh's half includes plenty of tracks on Cadenza, as well as no less than three cuts by new Romanian producer and name-to-watch Petre Inspirescu.

guess this means sven won't be releasin his usual cocoon compilation this year. still, T/L looks promising and the only mix i've heard from galluzzi sounded pretty sick, def gonna check it out.

Looks hot, Raresh never dishes up the same stuff as in every other set so that mix should be a sick one.

i think raresh has better taste, than to play "heater". In this mix he is actually playing more current records then he usually does.

Totally recommended... listened to both discs last week, both amazing. I'm not even sure which one I liked the most.
