Let's talk cell phones for that guy ->

Currently NOT carrier-locked here in New York (Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, Sprint). Searching for a new phone. Looking for suggestions. I'm a pretty techy guy so I'm definitely looking for the almost-PDA/PDA phone. Could be unlocked/locked.

Help a brudda out.
