Best Dj Web hosting?

I'm looking to make my own site in the near future, that will host my mixes, etc.

Anyone know of the most reliable hosts available?

Thumbs up

I am very happy with servage.net. They give an impossibly huge amount of storage and, most importantly, a lot of bandwidth...which is good when you're hosting mixes. Most of the hosting companies don't expect you to use much bandwidth, since most sites are just text and maybe a few pictures, so they're not as good. They're also extremely reliable - I have never noticed any down time since I signed up a couple years ago. Plus, it's really cheap! Only $6.45 per month and I think it's actually even cheaper if you prepay.

Also, if you use this coupon link to sign up you get some bonus storage http://www.servage.net/?coupon=cust15114

It says on the website $9.95/month [paid annually]

Pardon me if i am incorrect, but that would be closer to $120 per year.

another satisfied servage customer here too

we've been using servage now for years and have yet to experience any downtime other than when we were moved to a new server

running 4, soon to be 5 sites off our account, email rocks, we're only using a small percentage of our bandwidth and storage, they also keep giving us more and more, every now and then our IT guy will let me know they've once again upped our limits

can't beat the price too, it's soooo cheap for what you get

highly recommended

...an afterthought

download speeds are really good, download one of my mixes and check it out
/end shameless plug

dreamhost.com

one click phpbb, podcast, audioplayer, wordpress + 2tb transfer bandwidth with basic package.

mediatemple.com

they have somewhat of a cult status in deisnger/multimedia circles. pretty decent web host imo. their grid service is pretty well designed, but they are a tier 4 host, so peering isn't as good as some others.

i use dreamhost. solid, cheap ISP that has a lot of great one-click installs and a good support wiki. the only gripe i have for them is that you cannot compile and run your own libraries for applications from your server which makes, for example- using shoutcast impossible.

I use servage and have no complaints

I used to user servage. Great bandwidth and storage no doubt. The only reason that I switched is that their MySQL servers go down a lot. But, if you don't need a database, that's not a problem.

eSnips is also a good option if you're looking for free.

They allow you to host 5GB of files, including mixes or whatever else, although I'm unsure if there is a transfer limit.

Whatever the case, it's a neat deal for free.
