Question Alldata - who here uses it & do you need to be a mechanic to use it?

Hello. Anyone here use Alldata? How is your experience? I'm thinking about getting it (don't even ask how or from where) & wonder if the HDD 'real estate' would be worth keeping for this beast.

Depends on how much work you need to do with it and what area's you're using it for. Electrical diagrams can be one of the most helpful things there. It has great step by step instructions with pictures to guide you. If you only need it for your home cars, and it's free, by all means get it. If you have to pay for it and it's just for yourself, there are manuals out there to help you out.

It has TSBs, most all cars, and good specification (tq specs) information.
