Any recommendations?

Hardstyle, try anything by Donkey Rollers or Blutonium Boy, can't go wrong.

Doesn't "good" and "hardstyle" oppose itself?

Yoji and Scot Project.
Pretty much anything from them is fairly good quality.
Especially some of the older stuff.

Yoji - A Theme From Banginglobe
Yoji - Hardstyle Disco
Some of his remixes arent half bad either Ligaya and iguana

Scot Project - Overdrive
Scot Project - Rock

I'm not to familiar with their new stuff, But from what I have heard, it doesn't seem as hard and driving. ie They have both jumped on the tech bandwagon.

I wouldn't qualify those as hardstyle even if the moniker of one says it is. In my eyes, they're both hard trance, and some of the last productions of hard trance. Hardstyle doesn't have a melody that lasts nearly as long as the ones in those songs. Melodies in hardstyle seem to last about 8 bars, then they're met with some sawtooth, ostentatious grinding sound, and then a new shit melody is introduced which lasts just as long until another ear-grating sound comes in.

hardstyle tracks i would recommend:

zany and tatanka - back 2 back
the beholder meets zany - midnight
b-front and jones - lunatick (raw mix)
luna - now's the time
the prophet - cocaine bizzniz (original and showtek remix)
showtek - puta madre
showtek - 3 the hard way
donkey rollers - we are one
technoboy - in deep
tnt - second match

i fucking love showtek for their productions. and the play live too. sick stuff, wanna see them someday.

best hardstyle tunes over the last year or so imo

Blotunium boy - Romeo must die
DJ Zemtec - Amen
Vorny - Shades of light
Trance Generators - Prepare to die

And basically anything by Tommy Pulse, Dana, Trance generators

Some good hardstyle labels

59 Records
Future Sound

If you like these tunes mate give me a shout and i'll point you in the right direction cos my brother is a hardstyle dj and i wouldn't really be into hardstyle but i def like these tunes!

Thank you and i appreciate it.

I am not much into hardstyle but dropped a couple of hardstyle tracks at a recent party and saw them being recieved quite well.

I am tempted to maintain a decent list of quality hardstyle tunes.

no probs mate! the reason i like these hardstyle tunes is cos they have an element of trance in them i.e. some kick ass melodies! and they are always received well at a rave cos you cant help but dance to them!

If you cant get samples to these tunes give me a shout and i'll put a few samples up for you

I would suggest these tunes then:

K-Traxx - Hardventure (Technoboy Remix)
DJ Zany - Sky High
DJ Zany - Rock The Beatz

Any hardstyler would recognize those as they are pretty much classics. Anyone not into the hardstyle scene would likely still enjoy them if they are at least into a harder sound. Great party tracks imo and Hardventure is one of my top tunes of all time.
