Horrible Horrible News =(
Today, my fish, a yellow male guppie named "G" died.
He was about 5 months old.
And he lived in a little bowl in my bedroom.
I had a little ceremony as I flushed him this morning.
It was horrendous.
I was so depressed that I didnt even go out to breakfast with my parents. [[not that i would have anyways..]]
But I got a new fishy.
Shes a black goldfish
And her name is Sketchee
[[yes, spelled like that]]
She was named so because she has those trademark bulging eyes.
Anyways.. I hope she lives forever
I love my fishies.

Guppies generally prefer a tank vs a bowl. They need air pumped in and a filter to make them live long.
Your goldfish will live a much longer life in a bowl since they're better suited for it. Long live Sketchee!

if it makes you feel any better, my fish died too. but many years ago. one fall i got too lazy trying to catch them to bring them in from outside (they were hard to catch, esp the babies). i filled up the pond to allow them to survive but it was a cold winter and they died...
