I have. A couple years ago, I brought back up carton of one of my US faves, Lucky Strike. It turned out the carton I bought were filterless! How could ppl smoke these things????
So instead of the carton out, I bout a 10-pack of these plastic nic-outs or similar (cost like 10 for a couple of bucks, and are good for about 5 cigs each).
They actually made filterless smokes bearable to smoke, so I'd say they work. You may have to suck harder as they do pinch themselves onto your filter to hold on.

I don't understand smoking cigarettes. If you are going to take drugs why would you pick one where the method of getting the drug into your body has been proven with research to kill you in an unpleasant way, all while providing you with no real high. Sounds like a winner to me.
