I can't recomend you one, but it shouldn't be hard to find House clubs in Lisbon. :P

lux is the expensive and top house disco.

Kubik is a great idea, but only for minimal / tech house

queens is a good bet for house, and nearby Buddha is comercial house.
(both next to the "docas" night-life region)

kremlin is for hard house located in santos, near small bars;

"loft" is for commercial house, with VERY packed young-people nights.
