+1 Why bother...it is getting really annoying too with all these artist spamming for votes all the time and shit. George Acosta is actually trying to bribe people by doing electronics giveaways for people that vote for him

where can we find the complete list of djs to vote for?

I voted for you first and your brother second, it's not about the how you DJ, it's about how you look, yum.

couldnt agree more, it is a well known fact among insiders and djs that certain djs have created a software program that generates new email addresses with new IP addresses and slam the vote. this is far worse than trying to market urself and ask people to vote. its pure cheating!

this voting is the mother of all farces!

It should be voted on by committee like the Oscars or Grammys.

Yeah but then the scene could be easily monopolized.

oh wait, it already is...

In all seriousness though. Wasn't Dj Mag as well as full control over the top 100 list recently sold to the highest bidder? I wonder who bought it (controls it now), i guess we'll find out.

here we go...

After intense speculation that it would face immediate closure, London-based DJ Magazine has found a new owner. MIM (The Music Industry Manual), a publisher of music industry directories, has purchased the title for an undisclosed amount, reportedly winning a bidding war that included several other interested firms. MIM has taken control over DJ, and the magazine is expected to resume its publishing schedule in early 2007. An e-mail inquiring about the details of the magazines sale to Will Guyatt, media relations manager at Future Publishing, was not returned.
