Didn't see any rules against this...

Correct me if I'm wrong though.. ;P

Does anyone know of anyone who sells DJ stuff dirt cheap since it's not so "legally obtained"?

Or If you got your DJ stuff hot? If so what and for how much ;P.

Sym, you are a fucking idiot. Oh, and a loser as well.
Asking for stolen gear on a public internet forum ... . Now I've seen everything.

i didn't say it was cool. actually i'm really saying that in a sarcastic (is that the right word?) way. oh well, thats internet for ya. everything is so easy to get crossed up.

Posted by sym on Apr-20-2002 17:56:

Wow didn't expect flames... I wasn't asking FOR the gear... I was asking if anyone has bought any of their stuff this way.. Maybe you should all read the fucking original message instead of skimming it and than flaming? Caus' you would have seen that I didn't ask for anyone to tell me where to buy it stolen...

Posted by Pjotr G on Apr-20-2002 18:17:

you didn't ask where to get hot stuff??

you said like "anyone know who sells stolen stuff"

maybe I just misinterpret alot

anyways, the first one to reply and say yea I got my decks from a crackhead who stole it is a (...)

uve edited the msg my man

Posted by sym on Apr-20-2002 21:34:

ya, I did edit it, five mins after I originally posted it... to correct a spelling mistake... long before I responded to all the flames.

Besides, If someone steals your DJ stuff, does it really matter if someone else buys it or not? Not like the guy who stole it is gunna be like "Sorry man, I'll give it back since no one one bought it."

Posted by trintiy on Apr-20-2002 21:41:

Hell yeah it matters, It means that there's some piece of crap out there that's no better than the one who stole my gear. If you buy stolen gear your no better than the thief. Actually your worse, cause you didn't have the balls to steal it yourself.

Posted by sym on Apr-20-2002 21:43:

If you actually believe that people don't buy stolen things off ebay all the time and don't even realise it than you're more naive than anyone.

Sorry to hear about your stolen gear dude, but what I'm saying is that if something is stolen a smart thief would get his ass on ebay ASAP and get it sold for close to retail with the buyer never suspecting a thing.

Posted by trintiy on Apr-20-2002 21:48:

I was being hypothetical, no one stole my gear. I realize some things on ebay are probally stolen, then again I don't really shop on ebay.

Posted by sym on Apr-20-2002 21:56:

hehe, than i'm not sorry ;P.

But anyway, think about it... How much do you think it costs Technics to make one turntable? And how much do we pay for them? I'd be interested if anyone knew the actual production costs.

And besides that some people simply don't have the type of money to buy the equip...

I don't have money for a ferrari. I think that about makes it right for me to steal/buy a stolen one

don't have the money to buy it...then you can't have it that's how it works! Turntables are not primary needs like food and clothes (I'd luv it if they handed out turntables to the poor but hey)

If you don't have the money, get your lazy ass together and WORK! Just like the sorry guy from who his gear got stolen did. Think about the man...he didn't stand there whining "i don't have any money" he worked for it....and there he is....with no gear.

People who steal things you worked hard for and mean a lot to you/and the people who buy them (and realise it's hot) should be SHOT.

Posted by Blik on Apr-21-2002 11:39:

some people must be ignorant, you don't go into a forum and ask for a place where you can buy stolen goods

lameness detector is very high!!

watch out sym
