ATTN: Snowboarders - MC isn't playing around this year!!!

I wasn't planning on renewing my Mountain Creek season pass until i got this in my email the other day. All I have to say is "JUMP LINE." FUCK YEAH!!!!

I was thinking about it, but i could already see ppl commenting about how it's too early.

also dont forget about the big ass slope thats being built by giants stadium....

BTW....if anyone is planning on going out to Whistler (also mammoth, winter park, steamboat, or cooper) and will go to MC a few times, definitely consider getting a season pass. You get half price lift tickets to all those resorts. I think i saved $250 on whistler lift tickets last season, in addition to all the $$$$ i saved at stratton last winter.

not too excited about that, what's the vertical going to be???? Maybe 400 ft. Plus it looks like it's going to be geared for families.

The only way i'll go is if they make some sort of terrain park, which doesn't seem probable.

nah never too early. my friends and i have already started a little bit of planning for winter.

wonder if the MC thing will work at tremblant since it's intrawest owned also?

Yeah, you get discounts at all intrawest mountains. The 50% discount is for weekday tickets. I think its 25% for weekend and holidays. I definitely planned my vacation for the weekday to get that huge savings.

I'm pretty much done with my planning for this winter. Whistler again like every other year, but the biggy for me is tahoe. i haven't been since i was 16.

Sorry all, not a MC fan here but intrawest as a whole looks to be interesting for all of those discounts.

I'm looking at Jan 4-14th or so. Probably staying up in the village, btw, I need some info man..post it up, where to stay, eat, etc etc.

If you all want I can start the 2008 Snowboarders Skiier thread, fuck with all these kids think. With today's chilly and grey weather out...it's just begging for snow!

As always, first post of the Skiiers/Boarders thread if someone ELSE wants to make it, could be nice to Copy and Paste from the previous thread or if everyones cool with me making it, I'll upgrade the first post to a new revision of information. Probably add an abroad section which NOW most of us (probably mostly James) can drop a dime on information as well as maybe schedule a group TA trip...

let this be the stomping grounds to setup how we want our boarders thread to be...and i'm sure a lot of people look at from other parts too...we are leaders, east coast style, we running this shit

atleast make it have some real info there so us NY'ers have something to be proud of when we tell people to check that thread for info....cmon sal I expected better!

last year whistler was amazing, MC looks to have made huge improvements so i can't wait to check it out. It has been a long ass time for real.
