It's a 70s (or Early 80s) Bollywood movie song video.

The story goes like this:

There is this famous Disco Dance cum Pop-Singer.
Our young challenger (in the song above) enters the fray.
The reigning superweight conspires.
Our young challenger meets some tragic accident and is lost out to the world.
He gets inspiration and bounces back to become the Champion Disco Dancer.
Everyone goes home happy.

Now, what exactly was the point behind this thread?
