Exclamation Scot Project Rules!

Scot kicked my ass & had me begging for MORE. Redeye, it was FAWKIN SIK!!!

I got to Exit at 12:30, met up w/2 of my friends inside at 1. I was susposed to meet another friend at 1:30 neva found him And Amdmaxx, were the fuck were u???

Scot came on at 1:30. He opened w/Punk then went into Rank 1- Awakening (Benicio mix). He played 2nd trip, Iguana (unknown remix) It was much much harder than the orginal, Overdrive, Paranoid w/out the vocal hook, Thunder in paradise into French Kiss into Incoming (Arome remix), Listen to me mama! DJ Ignition- Spoke, Ovulation- Only kick, System F- Exhale, Yoji Biomehanika- Ding a Ling, His new track Outer Space., Kai Tracid- Trance and Acid (Derb remix) . He played this song w/vocals that sounded like "Wurq, Wurq, wurq" over and over again. Anyone know it?

His mixing was flawless and he OWNED the crowd. Everyone was goin BERSERK! I recognized other tunes but I couldn't really concentrate or focus cause I was being acosted from all angles.
While I was in the bathroom, I was thinkin I hope he plays Warmduscher- Hardcore will never die (Derb remix). I leave the bathroom, go the bar... smoke a cig, and guess what comes on! WURQ! This is was the highlight of my evening. Others would say Overdrive or French Kiss.

I lost my friends, they were drunk and prolly mackin it. Lata in the middle of the dancefloor I was spotted by Engima T and then 2 seconds later by NY1004. NY1004 & DevanteS you guys are adorable! It was great meeting u guys. Nice meeting you Drizzt81. Even DevanteS said "damn there are a lot of asians in here! & he's asian! haha.

Exit is squalid. The crowd last night was ATROCIOUS! I had a good time though. My sole reason for goin was just to hear Scot and dance. I hadn't danced in over a month, due to a hernianted disk.
Redeye, I was not the mayor although I did have a fan club.
Scot finished at 5. By this time it had cleared out a lil bit but the dancefloor was mad slippery and covered w/water bottles. The guy who came on after him sucked. Scot shoulda closed it out. He definately needs a monthly residency. We bounced at 5:30, I was drenched!

*note to self*- never go to exit solo.

i must say that even though i'm not too into hardcore trance, i had fun at Scot Project! highlight of the night include French Kiss, Outa Space & an hour long (it seemed like) looping of overdrive! what a night!

It was good to meet you fellow TA'ers... Twilogoddess, Drizzt, enigma(john?), amdmaxx... and yes, what's with all these old, shirtless asians parading around? weird! (i had to stare one down who was checking out my girl)

King

OH MAN! I had soo much fun seeing Scot Project!! He was so awesome. He had me moving and grooving with the songs he spun and he looked so happy as he looked out into the crowd waving his arms in the air. I know I was screaming and waving my arms like a crazy woman. I have to honestly admit that seeing Scot Project was definitely better than seeing Oakie in Centro Fly. I just wish scot would of soun longer.

Twilogoddess, Drizzt81 & Amdmaxx it was soo great seeing you that night! What more could a trance addict ask for than to be with other trance addicts listening to great trance music! Hope to see you all again when AVB spins.

Hey Guys,

I got back from NYC a couple of hours ago and I must say, Friday was extremely cool. Well, at least until I had to leave at 7:05 am.

Arriving late at Exit was pretty annoying. It took me more than 4 hours to make it from Worcester, Ma to exit. I was majorly pissed, seeing that I missed the first 30 mins of DJ Scot. But there is nothing I could do against the stupid construction on i95 and the HUGE traffic jam right before George Washington Bridge..

oh well, I finally make it to exit at ~ 2:10, to get the 'full cavity search treatment' from them.. I mean, I understand the searching, but please, do not grab my ballz for longer than necessary!

I found John (not on the boards yet) and his frined Tom (EnigmaT) at the spot we had said we would meet, only to fing out that he had already met up with DevanteS and NYC1004.

On my way over there, I finally met with AMDmaxx, they say: 'three is a charm', right? Well, I saw him, his pretty girlfriend Olga and then spotted Mr. Pork and his Angel somewhere in the crowd.

I guess I met Twilogoddess with them, though I must admit that I am sorry and did not catch your name. I have really bad hearing in clubs maybe it is a language barrier too l0l.

Anyhow, Scot put down an awesome set. I was very impressed, some nice fast beats and he really seemed to enjoy the crowd who enjoyed him -with a couple of exceptions, who has to try and beat each other up.

Unfortunately, Scot only played for ~2:30 hours from what I was told. I know he stopped at ~4:30 am, but I was not around for him to start. I came in at some point during 'O (Overdrive)'.

The DJ that played after -and as my friend CT told me before- Scot put on a really nice set too. I liked his style, but he seemed a little distanct from the crowd. Some nice tunes all through the night.

Overall, I must say that I was incredibly happy to see all of you down there (in no particular order): AMDmaxx, Twilogoddess, CT, EnigmaT (Tom), John, Chris, Liz and whomever else i met, but forgot You really made my night

I am excited to see AvB on May 3rd and hope to meet a bunch of you again there

Friday was a good night, I liked his set and it reminded of the old EXIT days. I got my O (Overdrive) vinyl signed, my boys gave me a lift and boosted me up to the DJ booth. Anyone see me?

The guys at exit are like school in JULY, NO CLASS!

All I wanted was a lil space to do my thing on the dancefloor. I'd sense someone behind me, turn around and some short dood would be trying to grind me. I don't grind or dance close w/anyone. Its NOT my style. I need my SPACE! What I experienced at Exit on fri, neva happened at Twilo. These guys were mad pushy and aggressive, grabing my waist, dancing up in my face or just standing in front of me staring. GO AWAY! I was repulsed. Even when (I thought I was safe) dancing in a circle w/4 factory type guys I was approached. I'm gonna write "LEAVE ME ALONE" w/lipstick on my forehead at Armin.

As we were leaving, my friend ripped down a Draper poster. The bouncer was like "y u angry?" So I go he's not but that DJ sux. She goes "I agree!"

Posted by amdmaxx on Apr-22-2002 17:15:

U 2? I thought I was the only one..

I actually had some girl push me the f$ck aside when i was just standing there, looking up the DJ booth.. I almost lost my cool there..
Then I was pushed away while trying to offer a light to a dude with a cigarette.. Those FOBs have no CLASS, as u said..
God, please give us a better venue.. with quality DJs

hehe, yeah i had just jumped out of my car after a 4-4:30 hour drive, literally run over to exit and had a bouncer massage my crotch for longer than i felt comfortable with.. so yeah, i was kinda out of it when i had finally arrived (oh yeah, i changed in my car, while standing in yet another traffic jam.. that was fun earlier )

agreed, but i'd rather have this, than no venue -like when i get back to germany, i need to look around for a nice place/ two to party at..

Well, I must say the Dj Scot Project set was off the hook right from the start.. But to be honest I didn't think the music was loud enough.
I mean dont get me wrong I hate when all you hear is bass and nothing else but I just felt some of Scot's Build-ups could have been a little louder. (NOT HIS FAULT)

I just couldn't deal with 55 year old asians running around. That place was like a stink box. I was looking for a crowd of normal peeps to dance with all night, but just couldn't find 1..

I definetly know what it feels like to be the minority...

I mean U gotta know its bad when a family of 5 goes to exit to hear Scot Project for some quality time... I mean how many peeps you know go out with there Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, and Next of KIn.. to exit to get Cracked out together...

They should label that set "China Town Revisited" ...you should also be offered an egg roll or won-ton soup @ the door after they RAPE U.

Dj Scot Project is definetly @ the top of my list tho, and has been for a while now.

I just wanna see Marco come to NYC.... Hopefully not Exit Tho..

Dood, I left my house at like 10, and didn't get to NYC till after 4....we were so pissed. I guess there was an earthquake in upstate NY, and it messed shit up near the bridge I heard it was a 5.1!
