Help!

So, I polished off a bag of sunflower seeds, but I accidently swallowed one without discarded the shell, so it's kinda stuck in my throat.

Now, I'm not choking or anything, I can cough and talk, but there's some discomfort as it's kinda stuck there...

What should I do to get rid of it?

drink a big glass of water!

take a credit line in the bank. Cash the money and leave the country....

i am no medical expert or anything but either a glass of water.... or i guess if its bad enough you could make yourself throw up i guess .... although i dont even know if thats a good idea... just an idea...

put some bread in ur mouth but chew it as least as possible than swallow the biggest chunk you can. Than gulp it down with some water. Its what my mama taught me when i swallowed a fish bone. Let me know if it works.
