Need a Roommate for Apt on 33rd & 3rd

Hey guys,

I have brand new 2 bedroom apartment on 33rd and 3rd but I am in need of a roommate! The deal must be secured by next week, so if you are ready let me know as soon as possible so this deal doesn't slip off my hands! If you know of anyone just refer them to me, please! I really don't wanna lose this opportunity because of a roommate issue! haha. The rent is $1,175.
